Terms and Conditions
When you have found a product that you wish to consider, just click on the product image to add it to your SHORTLIST. The quantity of products that you have selected will be displayed at the top right of the screen next to SHORTLIST throughout your shopping session. Should you wish to amend your selection, click on the word SHORTLIST to review your selection. You may change quantities and remove products at this point. To finish the transaction click on the CHECKOUT button to continue to credit card payment or PayPal button to check out with PayPal.
If purchasing with a credit card you will need to register your personal details. If you choose to fast checkout using PayPal you do not have to register your details.
If paying with a credit card, you must then specify a delivery address and billing address. The billing address must match the registered address of your credit/debit card.
You will receive confirmation of your order via email once the order payment has been processed. It will detail your order quantity, description and total order value. If you need to make amendments or cancellations you are free to do so at this point. Please email us via the contact form or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will receive a second email telling you when the order has been dispatched. You are unable to make changes or cancellations to the order once the order has been dispatched.
If an item you have requested is temporarily out of stock it will not be included in your order and you will not be charged for it.
There is no charge for standard post and packing for all UK orders. Standard delivery will be either second class Royal Mail or by courier depending on the size of the order.
International orders will be calculated based on shipping location but a quotation must be obtained before placing an order.
We aim to dispatch all items within 3 days of accepting your order, but UK customers should allow up to 7 days for purchases to arrive. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. You will be notified by email once your goods have been dispatched. Please note that some items will require a signature on delivery.
If you are ordering goods for delivery overseas the order may be subject to import duties and taxes. The liability for payment of such customs duties rests solely with you and U Studio Design Ltd. has no control over or liability for them.
All purchases (except books, which are VAT exempt) within the UK are subject to a VAT charge rated at 20%. The prices shown on the site are inclusive of VAT. Overseas customers may find their orders are subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a delivery reaches its destination country.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax. If the price quoted on the website is incorrect and the true cost is higher than the quoted price we will either inform you of the true cost and await your confirmation of your order at the higher price or inform you that we cannot accept your order and let you know the reasons for such cancellation.
We have made every effort to reproduce colours as accurately as possible. Some ‘in-situ’ shots may have used photographic techniques to deliberately age or de-saturate the colours so please be aware that the actual colours you see on the screen may differ to those of your ordered products (also colour will vary from monitor to monitor.)
All payments are processed by SagePay through an industry compliant secure server which utilises a 128-bit SSL security system. This system encrypts your credit card and personal details to ensure that they should not be read by anyone else when transmitted over the Internet. The padlock icon at the bottom of your browser window indicates that this area of the site is secure.
If you wish to cancel an order before the goods have been dispatched please email us through the contact form or log in to your account and cancel from there. If the goods have already been dispatched you will need to follow the instructions in our Returns section.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return any item within 30 days of dispatch for a replacement or full refund. Simply return the item in its original condition to arrive with us within 30 days of the invoice date.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example, if you received an incorrect item) or if the item arrives damaged or is defective in any way. All items should be returned to the address below:

It is advisable to obtain proof of postage when returning an item to us.
In order to qualify for a refund (unless the product is defective) the item must be in a re-saleable condition and be in it's original packaging with any tags or labels still attached.
You should expect to receive your refund within a maximum of four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
Please note, if the item is not in a re-saleable condition, U Studio are not obliged to offer a refund.
If you need to return an item, please email us at email@example.com or via the CONTACT form on the site detailing the item you wish to return and reasons why. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
U Studio Design Ltd. will be responsible for any losses suffered by you if the losses suffered were reasonably foreseeable by either party when the contract for sale was formed. We will not be liable for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable by either party when the contract for sale is formed.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit U Studio's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or breach of duty.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions or the contract between us.
U Studio respects the privacy of users who visit urbangraphic.co.uk. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users.
U Studio collects personal information from users when any goods are purchased via this web site.
Any information we collect about you will only be used lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. At no time will U Studio pass information onto third parties. When you register you will be given the option of being placed on a mailing list to receive further information about new product and promotions from U Studio Design Ltd.
U Studio will not disclose any information about you to any third parties unless it is requested by the police or any regulatory or government authority, it is required to do so by law or it is requested to do so by a third party during the course of an action for the infringement of their rights which U Studio reasonably believes to arise from your use of this site.
RESPONSIBILITY OF USER
Internet users should be aware that when they disclose personal information on any public bulletin board or chat areas of any web site used as a result of use of this web site that information can be collected and used by anyone who views the web site or sites and may result in unsolicited messages from other participants or other parties. U Studio is not responsible for any such messages.
